A rather handy little place to come and visit to find out everything that we seem to be getting up to and a whole lot besides in everything motorcycle and R. Holmes Motorcycle related! Its been an astonishingly busy last couple of months for everyone at R. Holmes Motorcycles, not least for the companies proprietor, Richard Holmes who I'm sure has had plenty of sleepless nights while things have seemed never ending and never going according to plan!! Shows he is human I guess! Anyway, read below for just a few updates on what's going on in the world of R. Holmes Motorcycles. Latest News We have also been approved and authorised by Acumen Electronics as there new Authorised Fitting Centre for there Security products. We can offer there range of CAT 1 and CAT 2-1 upgrade alarms at very competative prices and invite you to contact us for a quote. We are also in the process of applying to open a Class I & II MOT test station in response to our customers comments and the sheer about of MOT testing work we carry out externally now.Our very own, very shinny new Dynojet 250i Dyno is now up and running as well! So we are now able to perform all manner of motorcycle tuning and set ups. We are an official Dynojet Tuning Centre, the only one in Cambridge. Initial feedback has been outstanding with good results so far. Installation was a very long, very delayed process and thankfully we are glad to now be able to offer pretty much anything dyno related now as well. Pop on down or ring for an informal discussion on how we can help. Something to watch out for I'm sure very shortly are deals and packages relating to performance enhancements and Power Commanders to name just a few. Accounts are being set up with most big name suppliers as we speak and we aim to offer pretty much every part to cover all tastes. Finally we now have our very own clothing department open! Please view the Helmet & Clothing section by clicking on the left and check out just what we can now offer! Also remember that your welcome to pop down and try anything on during daytime or evenings. We work long hours, 8am-8pm (and later!!) Monday to Friday, and usually weekends too so we find we usually have a time and day to suit most! We can also now make up number plates according to the legislation as set out by the DVLA. Please note that this is for road legal number plates for motorbikes only. We do not do show plates at the moment. We are now able to offer finance on our range of Scooters, Mopeds, Motorcycles, Quad Bikes and in fact pretty much anything we offer for sale at £1000.00 or above. Credit is subject to status and a minimum age of 18. Terms, conditions and a quote can be offered upon request.
