The Acumen Cat 2-1 Upgrade is a Thatcham Approved upgrade to take your motorcycles existing Thatcham Approved Cat 2 Immobiliser up to full Cat 1 Alarm/Immobiliser status. As such this is only possible on models that already have a previously approved 'factory' installed immobiliser system. Please check your particular model here if unsure.
The Acumen Cat 2-1 Alarm in many ways is very much identical to the Acumen CAT 1 Alarm system but is designed for Motorcycles already meeting Thatcham's CAT 2 status to be elevated to Thatcham CAT 1 level. As such this does not include a Immobiliser as it utillises the CAT 2 Factory fitted immobiliser as part of the system. For specifications please view the CAT 1 Alarm page. |
